Fareham can offer real 'buildability. Sites suitable for technical and office use are currently centred around Segensworth, Solent Business Park, the Cams Estate and a series of smaller character or mixed use developments. There is a choice in use, class, tenure, building style and environment. Fareham's Local Development Framework will establish any new sites. Fareham Borough Council is not currently aware of any problems with enhanced power requirements.
