Flexibility

Flexible licence agreements are available for initial periods of between a week and a year. The monthly licence fee includes costs such as business rates, furniture, daily cleaning, car parking for every desk and facilities management, giving fixed costs that make budgeting straightforward. Parallel's on-site team are there to support clients' day-to-day needs and manage the building, allowing occupiers to focus on running their business.

Originally constructed around 1770, Cams Hall was refurbished during the early 1990's. The work included the provision of a lift, air conditioning in some areas, and the building in and flood wiring of Cat5e cabling throughout the building

The internal cabling can also be used to link suites of offices together, connect offices and meeting rooms for online demonstrations or to support wireless connectivity solutions.
